Mr. Johnny Lee Lewis, 62, passed on Thursday,November 28, 2018 at his residence in Bishopville, SC.

Born in Lee County, he was a son of the late Senior Lewis, Sr. and Lois Bradford Lewis.

Johnny was raised in a Christian home and was a member of New Haven United Methodist Church.

Public viewing will be held from 2-6 pm on Wednesday, December 5, 2018 from the Square Deal Funeral Home Chapel, 106 McIntosh Street, Bishopville, SC.

Funeral services for Mr. Lewis will be held at 11 am, Thursday, December 6, 2018 from the New Haven United Methodist Church, 3159 Red Hill Road, Bishopville, SC, with Pastor Blondell Miller, eulogist. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.

Johnny leaves to cherish his memory: six children Damond Lewis of Sumter, SC, Johnny Lee Lewis, Jr of Florida, Teresa Lewis of Saginaw, MI, Lesly Stater, Johnny O'Bryan Slater and Shalonda Slater ,all of Bishopville, SC; three sisters, Janie (Walter) Boone of Bishopville, Carrie Oaks of Dazell, SC, Nether ((John) Holliday of Sumter, SC; three brothers, Senior (Darlene-deceased) Lewis, Jr, of Bishopville, SC, Emanuel (Peggy)Lewis of Brooklyn, NY, and Larry Lewis of Portland, OR; 17 grandchildren, one great grandchild; one aunt, Bishop Maude L. Albert of Flint, MI; two great aunts, Lilly Mae Moses of Sumter, SC and Carrie Brisbon of Columbia, SC; one great uncle, Hezakiah Brailsford of Columbia, SC; a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends; and two special friends, Donovan Holloman and Grady Thomas.

Preceding him in death are: his parents, Senior Lewis, Sr and Lois Bradford Lewis; one sister, Janette Lewis Spann; and a grandchild, Iyonna Jenkins.
