Born in Bishopville, SC, she was a daughter of the late King and Eunice Holloman Rogers.
Eva Bell Dixon attended the Public Schools of Lee County, South Carolina.
Eva Bell Dixon was married to Charlie Dixon. In 1969, they moved to Philadelphia, PA where Eva pursued vocational dream to become a seamstress. Eva worked as a seamstress for 35 years. Her husband Charlie Dixon preceded her in death.
Eva Bell Dixon leaves to cherish her memories: Dianne Rogers of Columbia, SC and Eunice Dixon of Philadelphia, PA; her siblings, Lillie Mae Given, Shirley Mack, Lucille Williams of Bishopville, SC and Maggie Carmichael of Philadelphia, PA; grandchildren, Derek, LaTasha, and Devonte Rogers of Columbia, SC and Deiyo Love, Porshia, James, and Jamie Davis all of Philadelphia, PA; ten great-grands; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends; special friends, Richard Maddick and Danielle Brooks.
Those who preceded her in death are: stepchild, Judith Mickens of Bishopville, SC, Hosey, Frank, Wiley, Jerry and Buster Rogers and Rosa Hickman; and her great-grandchild, K'haire Walls.
