Obituary for Inez Joe
Ms. Inez Joe was born April 16, 1926 in Lee County and was a daughter of the late Wallace and Annie Joe. She entered eternal rest at her residence on Monday, August 19, 2019.
Inez accepted Jesus Christ at an early age and joined St. Mark Baptist Church were she maintained her membership until her health failed.
During her early years, she attended the public schools of Lee County. She worked as a cook at Mickey's Retirement Home in Lee County until she retired.
Ms. Inez Joe was a devoted mother of two children.
She was preceded in death by her daughter, Shirley Joe, and all of her siblings and their wives and husbands.
She leaves to cherish her memories a son, Mr. Edward Joe of the home; and a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
